  3. 03

    Installation

Careful fitting and reliable work delivered on time, as budgeted, and as specified.

“The beautiful staircase you created is the crowning jewel of my home.”

You helped me tremendously in the design and in finding the cherry banister and incredible spiral newel post. — M.A., Saratoga Springs, NY

Step 02Custom wood staircase with white risers, unfinished handrails and newel posts, and decorative black iron balusters.

Choose your staircase

The right staircase is determined by safety needs, architectural style, and the specific requirements of your space.

How can I get an estimate?+

Contact us to request a quote. We will arrange a convenient time to review the work, take measurements, and discuss styles and materials before providing a fair and accurate estimate.

Do you warranty your work?+

We warranty materials and craftsmanship for one year, excluding damage caused by misuse or neglect.

Do I need to be home during installation?+

No. We can coordinate access around your schedule. You or a representative are also welcome to remain on site.

Can you install parts I already have?+

We cannot use customer-supplied parts because they may have been made for a different installation approach, preventing us from warranting our workmanship.

Should parts be pre-finished?+

We do not recommend pre-finishing because fitting requires cutting, sanding, and scraping. Select baluster styles are available pre-primed.
